Tshepo has worked extensively in the IT industry starting out as a software engineer with Sun Microsystems in Johannesburg. He was instrumental in the early days of cross platform systems and helped establish the Java platform in South Africa as a viable platform for large scale commercial applications.

Before joining Mavoni, Tshepo worked at Telkom as a Project Coordinator looking after new systems within their Business Systems division and Network Operations Centre. Tshepo is an avid technology junk and enjoys finding new and innovative ways of using technology to improve business processes.
